Thanh Son Imex delivers across:

  • Denmark
  • France
  • Selected EU countries

Delivery options vary based on:

  • Order size (B2C vs B2B)
  • Warehouse location (Denmark / France)
2. Delivery Time
  • Denmark: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 2–7 business days
  • Pallet / bulk orders: subject to agreement

Delays may occur due to logistics or external factors.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Order weight/volume
  • Delivery location

Final cost is displayed at checkout or agreed for wholesale orders.

4. Order Processing
  • Processed within 1–2 business days
  • Subject to stock availability

We reserve the right to cancel or adjust orders if:

  • Fraud is suspected
5. Returns Policy

Non-Perishable Products

  • Return within 14 days (EU consumer law aligned)

Perishable Food Products
